JOB DESCRIPTION
- Surveying at manufacturing plants to analyze and evaluate opportunities to improve existing production processes through the application of new systems and technologies related to automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI, Robots...).
- Research, consult, monitor, and take responsibility throughout the project (testing / commissioning / inspection / acceptance) to effectively increase productivity and operational efficiency.
- Design system control software and automatic control software as required.
- Preparing manufacturing procedures and documentation. Directly instructing customers how to understand documents and operate machines/software.
- Detecting, analyzing and proposing/providing solutions to problems related to hardware and software devices in a timely manner.
- Following up after installation (when the process is stable), participate in research and propose options to improve the performance of the production line in the future.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Working time is from 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays per month)
- Education: graduated from Colleges and Universities majoring in Automation - Electronics.
- Using professional and communicative English (4 skills from average - good level)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Flexible working in the company - factory depending on project requirements.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical engineering drawings.
- Preparing requirements and working directly with component suppliers to complete installation according to customer requirements.
- Creative thinking and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective teamwork, management and organization skills.
- Honesty and responsibility, self-discipline in work.
- Preference will be given to candidates:
- Experienced in programming LC/ HMI (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Omron, Keyence).
- Ability to program and fluently use one of the languages VB, C++, .NET… and database.
- Đã từng có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở bộ phận kĩ thuật liên quan đến tự động hóa từ 2 -3 năm.
