Label quality check process:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: The product is loaded into the testing machine, the system will automatically separate each label separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: The label will be passed through the hardware system (Camera & Lighting). The system then proceeds to acquire high-speed images (bottom, top of the label). The image will be sent to the controller of the test system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: New Ocean's image processing software will conduct comparative analysis to check the quality of the label. Make a pass or fail product decision to send a signal to the warning light product type mechanism<\/p>\n\n\n\n
